This tribute is not made by myself but I am representing a host of people who listened to radio in the 1970s, 80s and decades later. This is a tribute to Rre Geoffrey Motshidisi. Born in Serowe in 1949, and one of the baby boomers that followed the end of WW2, Geoffrey was destined to make a name for himself as a radio personality.
He started his career in 1971 under very interesting circumstances. Earlier while doing Form 1 in Swaneng Hill School, Geoffrey met up with a certain William Bogatsu from Tlokweng. They made good friends and continued to do correspondence by letter even after their Swaneng days were over.
