Kefilwe Kebafetotse, the Public Relations and Communications Manager at Air Botswana, underscored the upcoming strategy’s unwavering commitment to customer service. The primary objective is to mitigate disruptions, cancellations, and delays by bolstering the airline’s fleet size.
