Human Capital Services will host a two-day Call Centre Conference on March 20 -21, 2013 at Phakalane Golf Estate, Gaborone.
Following the Call Centre Conference that was held in 2010 attendants’ feedback was compiled and served as a basis for this year’s conference, which brings an element of Customer Relations Management (CRM).
This addition aims to improve the conference value proposition to attendants. The conference speakers will comprise of local and internationally renowned experts in the industry, such as Rod Jones of Rod Jones Solutions, whose work in Call Centres has benefited countries across Africa.
The objective of the conference is to bring together local and international stakeholders, to discuss issues pertinent to the industry and share information that could assist Call Centre Operators to elevate their operations to world class standards. The conference draws from participants active in various sectors of the economy including Government, Parastatals and Private sector.
The conference will feature exhibitors from veteran and emerging Contact Centre technology providers. It is expected that the Conference will provide an opportunity for participants to create networks and learn from each other as well as industry specialists.
The Call Centre Conference will be sponsored by Botswana Investment and Trade Centre (BITC) an entity which was established through the recent merger of Botswana Export Development and Investment Authority (BEDIA) and the Botswana International Financial Services Centre (IFSC).
