Gaborone High Court Judge Justice Michael Leburu has absolved President Mokgweetsi Masisi’s sister of ousting their nephew out of a company that was awarded the P549 million Goodhope Sub-District Water Supply Scheme 2.2 contract.

Masisi sisters, Boitumelo Phadi Mmutle Ketshidile Ntholo Nhlanze, Chinese contractor Huashi Ling, business associate Kelebogile Monaatshipi and the company at the centre of the dispute, G M Building Services) Pty Ltd had applied for a no-case-to-answer.

This was after Masisi’s nephew Olebile Joseph Pilane, dragged  his aunts and business associates to court alleging they elbowed him out of G&M Building Services (Proprietary) Limited after being awarded the multimillion contract.
