Lobatse High judge Justice Boipuso Makhwe has come down hard on the Director of the Directorate of Intelligence and Security (DIS) Peter Magosi for his attitude towards court proceedings.
In a strongly worded judgement, Makhwe did not have kind words for Magosi’s request that the Court should postpone a case in which some of the spy agency’s senior officers approached the High Court seeking an interdict against DIS and Botswana Police Service’s arbitrary arrests.
The suspended officers who are facing criminal charges are Pulane Kgoadi and Paul Setlhabi, and Portia Malikongwa.
