Kebonang signature on trust agreement raises eyebrows

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) audit partner Rudi Binedell has raised concerns about Justice Zein Kebonang’s conduct in an alleged anti-competitive deal involving Payless Supermarket and Choppies. These revelations are part of Binedell’s affidavits in the ongoing case where he and PwC seek to set aside all rulings made against them by Justice Boipuso Makhwe over allegations of bias.
