New Zealand soccer team to play Botswana

On June 6, 2009 the New Zealand national soccer team will be in Gaborone to play a friendly game against the Zebras, Botswana’s national soccer team.

The New Zealand Herald said on its website that New Zealand will be on their way to South Africa where they are scheduled to play a Confederations Cup warm up match against Italy on June 10.

New Zealand Confederations Cup buildup: June 3: v Tanzania, Dar es Salaam. June 6: v Botswana, Gaborone. June 10: v Italy, Atteridgeville, Pretoria
