After some struggle in the music industry since diverting to jazz music, local music diva, Sugie Fisher, is back with a quality album from the genre of gospel music.

Fisher is now back with a gospel album titled ‘His Grace. She expresses little doubt that it will be a huge success as she is back to the music genre her fans best love her for.
She explains that being back to gospel is a transformation for her as she is now retracing her footsteps back to God. She says when she left gospel for jazz, she was looking for money, fame and the pleasures of this world.

“I was not really living according to the purpose of God for my life,” she said adding that she has realised that she was called to sing gospel music.

The album comprises 10 songs, in order of arrangement: Ikokobetse, Modimo re boka wena, Ke dumetse,Yahweh., Light of mine, Worship., Dikgalaletso, Amen, Ramasedi, The blood.

She features her little brother Bonnie Fisher of Mmapula Fame in the album. All the songs were composed by her. The album was largely produced by Thabo Kgaswane at the Touch Records Studios.

She has already shot a video for the song Ikokobetse which is currently playing on Botswana Television (BTV) and eBotswana. Tours have also already been scheduled around the country starting on 21st December to 7th January next year covering places such as Gaborone, Mahalapye,Serowe,Mmadinare, Bobonong, Letlhakane and Francistown.
