What are the lessons learnt by Government on the Good Friday crisis?

It’s not raining in BW but it’s pouring and there are leaks all over the transportation roof. I once traveled in a long distance bus from Gaborone to Maun and as passengers we were not amused when it started raining along the way. The roof was leaking.

Like many others let me begin by offering my sincere condolences to the St. Engenas Zion Christian Church and the families that lost their loved ones. It is not easy for all of them to deal with this tragedy and we all leave them in the hands of the Almighty.
