Who is lying, Justice Collins or Justice Kebonang?

Either High Court Judge Zein Kebonang is a dishonest black hat who helped cook High Court rulings to further his financial interests, or former High Court Judge Peter Collins is a false witness who fabricates evidence out of malice.

The two men with the honorific “Justice” before their names are accusing each other of the worst excesses – from corruption, and cooking judgements to fabricating evidence and acting out of malice.

Batswana, however, may never get to know who between the two “Justices” is a fraud because the High Court may never get an opportunity to make that determination.
