The Law Society of Botswana (LSB), spearheading a movement of discontent, has issued a call to its members, urging them to boycott the upcoming event slated for February 6, 2024. This call to action, LSB has said, was born out of a litany of grievances that had been accumulating.
In a letter penned to its members, the LSB has laid bare the frustrations that they say have been festering for far too long. They highlighted a series of failed engagements with the Administration of Justice (AoJ) throughout the previous year, recounting meetings that were promised but never materialized, commitments that were made but never fulfilled.
