A Zimbabwean man was on Tuesday stabbed to death after reporting a fellow Zimbabwean who was trying to steal from a loaded vehicle along Haskins Street in Francistown.
Central Police Station Commander, Mokuedi Mphathi, told Gabz FM news that they received a report on Tuesday that a man was stabbed with a sharp instrument after he alerted the public of his fellow countryman’s intention to steal from a loaded vehicle.
The suspect is said to have run away when the deceased alerted members of the public, but came back a few minutes later and stabbed the whistleblower. He was certified dead on arrival at Nyangabwe Referral Hospital.
